Arbonne’s 30 Days to Health Living. The program that changed my life. I know, sounds so cheesy, but it’s true. Read my blog “How Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living Helped Me“.

What Is It?
It’s a program that teaches you how to eat clean, how to find foods that don’t have artificial ingredients, how to detox your body, how to choose restaurants, and, most importantly, how to shop at the grocery store!! In all honesty, I think that part is what really sold me — they weren’t just asking me to buy their products, they were going to teach me how to shop at the grocery store! I’ll be honest, anything past the produce section of the grocery store, I had no clue what I should be buying.

How Does It Work?
While the program can be tailored for your goals, the “easy” button is getting the Fit Kit shown above which includes:
* 2 bags of protein powder
* 1 box of Digestion Plus
* 1 bag of Daily Fiber
* 2 boxes of Fizz sticks
* 2 boxes of Detox tea
* 1 box of Daily Cleanse

And 3 EASY steps:
Step 1 — eliminate allergenic and acidic and addictive ingredients!
* wheat/gluten * coffee
* dairy * soy
* sugar * artificial sweeteners/flavors/colors
* alcohol

Step 2 — Replace 2 Meals a Day with a Healthy Shake!
8 AM — shake
Snack — low glycemic snack and/or fizz stick
12 PM — shake
Snack — low glycemic snack and/or fizz stick
6 PM — lean and green meal
8 PM — detox tea

Step 3 — Eat a Clean Meal
Recipes will be provided along with grocery lists, snack lists, and a list of dine-out options

That’s Not All!
You’ll also be added to a private Facebook group where we will share information such as the recipes, grocery lists, snack lists, information on why we are eliminating certain foods and replacing them with other foods and lot of encouragement and support!

You’ll also get private 1-on-1 coaching. (This coaching was key to my success!) I’m an introvert so I didn’t feel comfortable posting all of my questions on the Facebook page — it was so nice to have the option to privately text some of my questions to my coach.

How does this program differ from other programs?
Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living is not a fad diet or a rapid weight loss program. Common thinking is if you lose weight you’ll get healthy but in reality, if you get healthy, the weight will take care of itself. It teaches you how to eat clean but it also does a cellular cleansing. Most traditional “diets” do not include a detox. (Ah-ha! While it’s great to start putting good food into our body, why aren’t we getting the bad stuff out of our body?!?!)

I love seeing the smile on people’s face when they complete our program. Not only do they feel better but it’s such a boost to their confidence and self-esteem.
